Cape Mobility makes Wheelchair Access Vehicles (WAVs) readily available to you in South Africa. These WAVs are already converted with dropped floor and access ramp, and are ready for you to drive with easy wheelchair access - giving you the freedom to get out and about, and live your life to the full. All our WAV's are supplied to order and are generally between 3 and 5 years old, we occasionally have newer vehicles available. The cost of these starts from approx R250,000 landed in Cape Town, shipping and VAT paid. The UK purchase price of the vehicle includes our assistance with the permit applications etc and shipping . These vehicles are sourced by us, directly from Motability, a registered Charity in the UK with a fleet of 500,000 vehicles. Motability is the largest lease company in the UK for motor vehicles including WAVs and these are available to disabled people on a five year lease. A percentage of these vehicles are returned early due to a change in circumstances, at which point the vehicles are made available for purchase by Cape Mobility.
